Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time — no questions asked.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information (name, email, profile picture reference).
- All challenges, including titles, goals, descriptions, schedules and card designs.
- All progress history, streaks and statistics.
- Your memberships in circles, and any reminders scheduled for you.
- Push-notification tokens for your devices.
Aggregate, anonymized statistics (for example, total challenges completed by all users) may be kept — they contain nothing that can identify you.
How to request deletion
- Send us a deletion request by pressing the button below — it opens your email app with a ready-made message. Please fill in the email address you use in ChalIt so we can find your account.
- We reply to confirm, usually within a few days.
- Once your identity is confirmed, we delete your account and data within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

Using ChalIt without an account?
If you never signed in, you don't have an account with us — everything lives only on your device, and uninstalling the app removes it completely.
In-app deletion
We are working on deleting your account directly from the app. Until then, the email request above is the official way — it works the same as any in-app option would.
